Terms of use

These terms cover slippz.com and the Slippz editor. By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not create an account or paste material in.

The product

Slippz turns a link or some text into a carousel you can edit, save, and download. Visitors can try a draft without an account. Saving a carousel and downloading it require a free account. Paid plans remove the Slippz mark and unlock PDF export and extra fonts.

Slides are written by a model from the material you provide. Read them before you post. Slippz does not promise that a draft is accurate, original, or fit for a particular audience.

Accounts

You can sign up with email and a password, a magic link, Google, or X. You are responsible for activity on your account. One person per account. Do not share the sign-in.

If you sign in with X, Slippz may use that account’s public name, username, and photo as the name on your slides. You can change or clear those later.

Your material

You keep the rights to the text, photos, and carousels you submit. You give Slippz permission to host that material, send it to the model that writes the slides, and show it back to you so the product can work.

You must have the right to use whatever you paste or link. Do not submit material you do not have permission to rewrite, and do not use Slippz to infringe someone else’s copyright, trademark, or privacy. Crediting an original author on the last slide is optional and does not, by itself, give you rights you do not already have.

Plans and payment

The free plan includes the editor, with a small Slippz mark on export, and a daily limit on new drafts. Pro is sold through Stripe as a one-time lifetime purchase, a monthly subscription, or a yearly subscription. The price shown at checkout is the price you pay. Taxes may be added by Stripe.

Subscriptions renew until you cancel. Manage or cancel a subscription from the account page, which opens the Stripe customer portal. Canceling stops the next renewal. It does not refund a period that has already started, except where the law requires a refund.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service. That includes trying to break or overload it, probing accounts that are not yours, submitting malware, or using generated slides to mislead someone about who wrote the source. We may refuse a draft, remove a carousel, or close an account that breaks these terms.

The service can change

Slippz can change features, limits, and prices. Price changes for a subscription apply to the next renewal, not the period you already paid for. The site is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, Slippz is not liable for lost posts, lost drafts, or decisions you make from a generated slide.
